Dr. Lee Little B.Sc., D.C.

Chiropractor

Dr. Lee grew up in Medicine Hat graduating from Monsignor McCoy High School. He was first introduced to chiropractic care at the age of five, which helped him recover from childhood breathing difficulties. He was very active in hockey, football, soccer and skiing in his teenage years and felt chiropractic care was helpful in keeping him in top form.

While completing his Bachelor of Science Dr. Lee pursued a career in chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa with high honours in 1991. Following graduation, Dr. Lee returned to Medicine Hat to start his practice.

Dr. Lee is married to Tamara and has three children Logan, Morgan and Chandler. In his spare time, he is an assistant coach with the MHHS Mohawks football team, coaches hockey and enjoys travelling.

Sharon Cook

Administration

Sharon has been with Dr. Little for over 10 years and maintains a warm, caring and friendly atmosphere. Sharon was raised here in Medicine Hat, married with two children.

Arla Zeleny

Registered Massage Therapist

Arla Zeleny is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from the Medicine Hat College in 2005 with 2200 hours training.  She has been a dedicated RMT for over 12 years now helping people on their path to optimum health, specializing in deep tissue and sports therapy.  In addition to her RMT training, she is also an Aromatherapist, Hot Stone Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, Sports Massage Therapist, and Reiki practitioner.  After spending the first 11 years of her career in Vancouver she has recently moved back to Medicine Hat.

Arla believes in the restorative potential of the human body in response to soft tissue release and postural realignment.  She combines a number of techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching, and trigger point release as well as many others to assist her clients with symptom reduction and recovery to optimal function. Arla is compassionate, intuitive, and a strong believer in tailoring each treatment to fit the wants and needs of the client. She is all-encompassing taking the mind, body, spirit approach to her client’s care.

Kristina Culver, CKTP

Registered Massage Therapist

Kristina recently graduated from 2200-hour massage therapy program from the Southern Alberta Institute of Massage and has been working with a 1000-hour certificate since May 2018. Kristina also has a diploma in Physical and Occupational Therapy Assisting from 2014 where she helped patients with acute, ICU, long term care and community rehab at the hospital. Is also a qualified Kinesio Taping Practitioner with certificates on Day 1, 2 and 3 with advance taping techniques.

Kristina’s interest lies in manual therapy that massage therapy offers and how beneficial the human touch can be in rehabilitation from injury, surgery and chronic conditions. As a patient who has had joint surgeries and a replacement herself believes massage therapy helps with reducing the muscle deterioration and scar tissue.

Kristina offers her clients therapeutic massage for myofascial pain, injury and chronic conditions as well as relaxation massage, pregnancy massage, TMJ Dysfunction, scar tissue treatment post surgery (knee/hip replacements, etc.) and manual lymphatic drainage.

Kristina is looking forward to joining Advance Spine and Health and seeing a variety of clientele seeking pain relief and improved quality of life.

Nagisa Kuehn

Registered Massage Therapist

I am a certified massage therapist and also a 2nd year student at Southern Alberta Institute of Massage (SAIM), where I have learned a variety of techniques such as General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release Techniques, Trigger Point, TMJ and Prenatal Massage.

I was born and grew up in Japan until I moved to Canada in 2013. I decided to pursue massage therapy as a choice to have an unique and rewarding career.

My career interests include the role of massage in stress management, finding balance through therapeutic touch and integrating components of health and wellness for a variety of body types, individuals, and situations.

I am eager to meet you and to help you to design the treatment that you need to attain your goals.
