Bio

A registered massage therapist, graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Massage (SAIM). Born in the Philippines, grown in Canada.

Helping others and bringing healing is my passion, which I can provide through massage that betters pain relief, boosts relaxation, enhances injury recovery, and improves overall wellness. My goal for my clients is to help them understand their bodies and safely voice out their concerns. To ease and alleviate mental and physical stresses. To educate about proper self-care to sustain client’s overall health.

In addition to massage, I am currently certified in modalities such as Hot Stone Massage and Cupping. I also offer lymphatic massage, prenatal massage and myofascial release.  There is always an option for everyone; whether that be relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue or lymphatic drainage, I will do my best.

With a beaming smile on my face, I would be glad to treat you!
